RETURNS & REFUNDS

We should hope that you never feel you want to return anything you’ve bought from us, however on the rare occasion you do change your mind, then you are welcome to send back the item/items by following the below instructions…

Please contact us via info@daisyemerson.com with your original order number within 14 days of receiving your item. The item should be returned via a tracked service in it’s original packaging and in an undamaged state. If returning a screen print, please take extra care to make sure the tissue paper is covering the print so that when it’s rolled back into it’s tube, it does not scratch the ink, we cannot receive screen prints back in this condition as generally they are one offs, therefore the stock is then redundant to us which is very costly for an independent business like us! The customer is responsible for the cost of the returned item and will be refunded the cost of the item only minus the original shipping costs. Please note items on sale cannot be returned.

If for any reason your items are damaged in transit (this is rare but can sometimes happen) then please contact us immediately on info@daisyemerson.com and we can do our best to rectify the situation by replacing your item. You will need to provide us with photographs of the damage before we can look into processing a refund or replacement.
